IM GETTIN OLDER,BUSIER,AND PROBABLY JADED''ER. IVE DONE THE MAJORITY OF MY DIAGRAMS VIA GRAPH PAPER OR AN 'OL MAC PROGRAM CALLED APPLEWORKS THAT JUST LIKE WORD, I MADE IT DO IT!!! I LIKE THINGS NEAT, I LIKE 'EM TIDDY, I LIKE THEM IN A HURRY, AND GOSH DARNIT IF I HAVE TO SPEND 4HOURS IN MS-WORD TRYING TO MAKE IT DO THINGS IT WASENT DESIGNED TO DO JUST SO THAT THE BOYS AND I CAN HAVE A MORE PRODUCTIVE DAY. WHAT SOFTWARE IS OUT THERE TO HELP ME WITH MY LIGHTING DIAGRAMS,MY SKA'MATIKZ AS I CALL THEM?THERES GOTTA BE SOMETHING BETTER? IVE SEARCHED HIGH AND LOW ON WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE NEVER ENDING INTER-WEB THATS FULL OF EVERYTHING ELSE BUT WHAT I NEED WHEN I NEED IT. SAFE, PRODUCTIVE, TIMLY, BEAUTIFUL IMAGRY, AND MOST OF ALL, FUN! HELL, PEOPLE PAY US TO PLAY, WHY NOT BE GOOD AND HAVE FUN DOING IT. I LEARNED EARLY ON THAT WHEN I WAS PREPARED AND CAME TO SET WITH A PLAN THAT INCLUDED THE WHOS WHATS WHYS AND WHERES,NOT ONLY WAS I MORE AFFICIENT AND ABLE TO FOCUS ON MY JOB, BUT SO WERE MY BOYS, SO WERE OTHER DEPARTMENTS,AND GENERALLY SPEAKING, SO WAS THE ENTIRE PRODUCTION. The plugin uses the new csv export format and is compatible with IDX Renditioner 1.2/Sketchup 8. V1.3.8 improves beam export and updates the Sketchup/IDX Renditioner plugin. Styled text fields are not supported in prior versions of LXBeams and LXFree for Java. When more than one font setting is used, the field is converted to a styled text field. Font settings can be changed while editing a text field's contents. V1.3.9 adds support for styled text fields. ![]() ![]() V1.3.10 improves editing of styled text fields and allows them to be created with the text tool. The new command also allows replacing an existing image. V1.3.11 adds Import->Graphic command which, along with the existing copy/paste and drag/drop methods allows importing graphics files supported by OS X including PDF, TIFF, JPG, etc. Also fixes some issues including the web next/prev functions of the single unit report which could have resulted in an endless search. It has minor improvements including ability to respond to multitouch rotate gestures. ![]()
